  • Delays once the package has been handed over to the courier

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct before completing an order.

6. Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges

Bauble + Scotch does not accept returns or exchanges on any items at this time. All sales are final.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Allergic reactions

  • Gift returns

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at baubleandscotch@yahoo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • A description of the problem

We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
