For best results and to ensure a long lifespan for your jewelry pieces, kindly observe the following tips

• Avoid contact with products that contain harsh chemicals including but not limited to perfumes, polishing solutions, strong cleaning agents etc
  
• When not in use, avoid storing jewelry in the open together with other accessories. Instead, keep them in the air-tight ziploc bags provided with your order
• For best cleaning purposes, consider purchasing one of our cleaning tools here, as these have been tried and tested by us over the years and have provided effective results

Shipping Information

• Each item comes nicely packaged in a mini gift box / jewelry box for maximum protection during shipping at no extra cost.
• Order placed before 8pm each day, will be shipped out the following day, unless it falls on a weekend or public holiday, in which the order will be shipped out on the next available working day. 
• We offer Standard Postal Mail (1 to 2 days) at $3.90 and Registered Mail with tracking at $5.90 for Singapore orders
• Free shipping is available for all orders $50 and above

International Orders

• All international orders will be shipped via Registered Mail which includes package tracking
• Free shipping is available on all international orders $120 and above
• Orders shipped to the US, Canada and Europe will take approximately 12 to 14 days to arrive in destination country
• Orders shipped to countries in Southeast Asia will take approximately 6 to 12 days to arrive
